our story

PV-EX Construction Ltd. has grown significantly since our humble beginnings in 2005. From a team of only 3 employees, a dump truck, a backhoe and an excavator, PV-EX has grown to over 70 employees, 50+ pieces of equipment and 11 trucks.

The Beginnings

Established in 2005, PV-EX Construction started with only three employees, a tri-axle dump truck, an excavator and a backhoe. At the beginning, PV-EX worked primarily in the residential sector, digging basements for homebuilders in the London area. However, PV-EX quickly broke out into the commercial industry with their first significant project - the Gordon Avenue Biofilter in London, ON.

Over the Years...

PV-EX Construction continued to make a name for themselves and establish a presence in the South Western Ontario construction community through the late 2000s and 2010s, completing significant jobs like the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre and Western's Amit Chakma Engineering Building.

Today

Over the past 20 years, PV-EX Construction has grown to its current position, employing over 70 people with a growing fleet of tri-axles,  live bottom trailers, and over 50 pieces of equipment. The current scope of PV-EX's work includes road reconstructions, sewer and watermain, site serving, earthworks, and building excavation. In addition to their massive growth in the industrial, commercial and municipal construction sectors, PV-EX remains true to their roots, continuing to be a presence in the residential sector.
